Craig Harper graduated from the Birmingham Dental Hospital in 1982. Soon after, in 1986, Craig became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and gained experience in the fields of oral and maxillofacial surgery, oral medicine, orthodontics, restorative dentistry and implantology. Craig worked in both a hospital setting and in general practice before undertaking specialist orthodontic training at Guy’s Hospital, London.

Craig obtained his MSC., D Orth and M Orth in 1991, accrediting him as a consultant orthodontist in 1995. He worked at the Royal Berkshire and West Berkshire Community Hospitals between 1996 and 2013. There he educated postgraduate students, advised referring practitioners, treated cleft lip and palate and worked on complex surgical cases.

Craig now specialises in orthodontics as a partner of The Briars Dental Centre in Newbury.
